To facilitate healing and growth for individuals, couples, and families. We base our approach on 5 key assumptions:

Pain confusion, and life crises can be fertile ground for new life, clarity, strength, and peace.
Integration within our lives is a basic key to this growth. Even though mind, heart, body, and soul are all essential parts of us, we are frequently disconnected within ourselves. Being connected is to be grounded in strength, and fully functioning, operating on all circuits.
There is a potential within us that we have not begun to fully reach. An essential part of growth is to recognize this potential, as well as the many ways we can either enhance it or block it.
There are relationships we have that can be life-giving or life draining. To recognize the gifts of loving relationships and to learn to avoid negative interactive patterns is a key part of living well.
Habits are learned patterns that can be changed at any age. Good life-giving habits can be nurtured to fruition, while bad habits can be delicately pruned.
"...It is for us to provide hospitable and inspiring opportunities for people to listen and respond more boldly to the Spirit at work in them...{and} to encourage people to connect what is happening with them to God's larger movement in the world"
- Tilden Edwards

As professionals we collectively bring years of experience to our roles as therapists. The areas of teaching, mentoring, mind-body instruction, community outreach & development, are but a few. Please visit our staff bio page and "get to know" our staff.
WHERE WE ARE
We are located just off the pulse of downtown in the Fifth Ward. This is a place of easy parking and beautiful walks along the river or the "Great Lake" with many cafes, coffee shops, and art studios. The area symbolizes our mission: To come alongside the center of people's lives, offering space to stop a minute, refresh and reflect, and explore how best to navigate where our lives are called to go.
